1. Death must be confirmed by a physician, who later signs a death certificate, Funeral Home will provide three copies of death certificate.
   
   
2. Contact Al-Huda Islamic Center to report death and to obtain necessary forms (Internment and Cemetery guidelines / rules); forms must be filled by the person in charge of the deceased.
   
   
3. Forms will be collected by the Coordinator of the Lawrenceville Muslim Cemetery and the Funeral Home.
   
   
4. Contact brother Syed Hussein, the coordinator for the Lawrenceville Muslim Cemetery ; at (404) 886-1534, to arrange for funeral.
   
   
5. Contact Tom Wages Funeral Services of Lawrenceville at (770) 963-2411, to request a hearse (vehicle for conveying the deceased to the funeral home in Lawrenceville). The washing (Ghusul) and shrouding (Tak-feen) will be coordinated by brother Syed Hussein and will take place at the funeral home in Lawrenceville (120 Scenic Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
   
   
6. Funeral prayers (Janzah) will take place at the Georgia Institute for Islamic Research and Social Sciences (GIIRSS) of Lawrenceville
   ( 177 Simonton Rd , Lawrenceville , GA 30045 ). 
   
   
7. Advance payment of Cemetery and Funeral Home charges is required, please write three separate checks to the following:
   • Cemetery $ 1,500 payable to GIIRSS
     Funeral Home $ 1,245 payable to Tom M. Wages Funeral Services
     Grave-Marker $ 125 (To be filled by Funeral Home)
